NAVAJO WOOD
Navajo SRL is specialized in the production of pre-assembled wood, to be used for outdoor furniture, also urban, for the construction of walkways, walkways, modular structures and other elements, also equipped with details and artifacts made of metalwork, with particular specialization in the field of infrastructure for marinas and commercial.
TECHNOLOGY
The Robotized Screwing Center is our strength. It is a Cartesian robot properly designed to our specific needs and customized. It is equipped with two electropneumatic drilling and screwing units, operating on a 12×2.70 ml workbench. The plant allows the assembly of wooden artefacts with the highest precision and with zero tolerances, difficult to find with a manual assembly. Equipped with two screw feeders for chipboard and self-tapping screws, it allows to carry out both visible and concealed screwing, with fastening to beams both in wood and aluminium. It is also possible to make only the pre-drilling for the preparation of materials to be assembled later manually or for which the installation will then be carried out directly on site.
MATERIALS
The woods used by us are mainly fine exotic woods coming from the most remote places in the world and carefully chosen according to their characteristics and uses.
MANUFACTURES
We are specialized in the realization of modules consisting of wooden staves of various types and sections, substructure with wooden or aluminium beams, assembled with the help of automatic drilling and screwing machines.
The modularity of the product allows us to carry out fast, precise and highly specialized machining and assembly.
PRE-ASSEMBLED
Thanks to modern equipment, we are able to assemble pre-packaged modules in variable sizes, in order to speed up the laying operations on site, for the benefit of cost-effectiveness.
The pre-assembled modules, made with an automatic drilling and screwing robot, have, in addition to the above mentioned peculiarities, a precision of execution with zero tolerances, difficult to find with a manual assembly.
OUTDOOR FURNITURE
The modular pre-assembled floorings are easy to assemble on site and allow considerable savings on laying works.
WOOD CULTURE
The essences used for the construction are mainly exotic wood, naturally durable and offer high added value over time and quality.
